Creative Case Solutions was established in 2017 and as a small partnership we have developed a reputation for providing an excellent level of service. We are honest, compassionate and dedicated to our clients’ needs and are on hand to provide creative solutions, feedback and advice in order to help our clients achieve their goals.
All the work undertaken at Creative Case Solutions is done by one or both of our two Directors, taking on client briefs and offering creative solutions to achieve client objectives. We are with you every step of the way and we take the time to understand not just the goal, but the organisational culture to find and deliver solutions that offer a quick and suitable resolution.
There are two main components of the work we undertake:
1- Case Management, where we provide support to individuals on their journey of recovery. working as part of a team and in line with the Rehabilitation Code
2- Management Consultancy, where we support organisations to be cost effective, fit for the future and to deliver person centred care
A large percentage of our work is via word of mouth. We operate primarily in the South of England. We have successfully worked with Chairs of Trustees, Chief Executives and Senior Managers in the not for profit sector.
We assist with establishing projects, undertake ‘enter and view’ scoping exercises, assist organisations to prepare for the future, producing reports addressing issues such as:
