Support Worker required on a temporary contract. To work on a one-one with clients in their own homes and in the community.

Responsibilities and Duties

Our clients require support with maintaining their independence. This will include support to plan nutritional meals, help with correspondence and paying bills and offering advice and guidance about how to maintain a schedule.

There will also be a requirement to provide support on trips and outings, including planning and organising.

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of person centred planning

Empowering individuals to live safe and independent lives

Basic First Aid

Literacy skills

Awareness of the impact of living with an acquired brain injury

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: £9.00 -12 per hour depending on experience
